What To Expect

Expand All

Experience a wonderful overnight Lahbab desert safari in Dubai. Ride a camel, enjoy exhilarating dune bashing, and have an authentic barbecue while enjoying the traditional dance, followed by overnight in an air-conditioned Bedouin tent.

Start with pickup from your accommodation in Dubai and head to the Lahbab desert in a comfortable 4WD vehicle. Once in the desert, you will have some free time before your safari starts. Relax or opt to go for a quad-bike ride while your vehicle for the off-road dune drive is prepared.

Then, embark on a thrilling 45-minute dune-bashing ride. Feel the adrenaline rush as your vehicle conquers the vast desert sands. Afterward, you can try sandboarding and glide down the dunes.

Travel to the Al Khayma camp where you will be led to your own air-conditioned tent. After settling in here, taste some Gahwa (Arabic coffee), Gaymat (sweets), and dates. Head out for a camel ride around the camp premises, and depending on the time, enjoy the sunset over the desert.

Back at Al Khayma Camp, enjoy some time for smoking shisha and henna painting. Don local Arabian clothes and pose for photos with a majestic falcon.

Enjoy a lavish barbecue buffet dinner with live entertainment, including a Tanura dance, fire show, and Khaliji. When the camp lights are turned off, feel the essence and serenity of the desert while stargazing with a telescope.

Later, ride a camel to a nearby camp where a fire will be arranged for you. Learn how to make Arabic coffee or tea as you relax in the night sitting by the campfire, enjoying the silence of the desert and the dark sky above, before heading back to your tent for the night.

Rise early in the morning to catch the spectacular sunrise over the desert on a short camel ride. Afterward, return to the camp for a freshly prepared Arabian breakfast, before heading back to Dubai with drop-off at your accommodation.
