For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.

If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.

Women should wear long, loose clothing to ensure that their arms, legs, knees, and head are fully covered. However, a long Abaya (long black-dress attire) with a scarf will also be available to borrow
Men should also ensure that their shoulders, legs, and knees are covered, (as there are no clothes available for men to borrow).
Tattoos must be covered during the Mosque visit.
The duration of the tour includes all pickups and drop-offs
Qasr Al Watan Palace will be closed to the public without any prior announcement, which could result in its replacement by the Louvre Museum
