For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.

If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.

Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.

Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

Water tours are dependent on ocean conditions and on rare occasions may be suspended
The minimum age to participate in all tours is 16 years old with a valid driver's license.
The maximum weight to qualify for all tours is 230 lbs.
Lockers are available for rental
The park may be crowded during peak times
