For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.

If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.

Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.

Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

Start your tour at HeliNY Downtown Manhattan Heliport. The meeting point is located at Pier 6 between the South Street Seaport and Governor's Island Ferry.

- Children aged 2 and over are required to have their own seat/pay full-price
- A safety video is available in English, French, German, and Spanish
- Tours rescheduled within 48 hours of the scheduled flight time are subject to a $50 per person rescheduling fee
- Final seating is determined by the weights of all passengers in the flight.
- There are no helicopter flights out of Manhattan on Sundays, flights from New Jersey are available
- Not all flights depart from Manhattan, please double check where your flight departs based on the option you choose
