For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.

If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.

You’ll be dropped off at the same place you were picked up.

Know before you go

Wildlife sightings aren’t guaranteed since animals roam freely and are influenced by weather, time of day, and season.
For a smoother experience and maximizing chances of wildlife spotting, we recommend booking morning tours on weekdays.
Tour duration may be affected by traffic, especially in a busy city like Rio, where congestion can sometimes extend the tour time. We STRONGLY ADVISE AGAINST booking on days with important commitments (flights, tours, etc.) as delays are possible.
The park may close the designated visiting area on weekends and holidays if capacity is reached, especially during Carnival and hot days. In that case, we’ll adjust the itinerary to an alternative area.
Due to National Park regulations, access to Vista Chinesa (Chinese View) is not permitted on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
