You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.

If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.

•You are required to bring a valid international license that permits you to drive in Japan. In the event that your international license invalid (in Japan) or you do not bring one, your tour will be cancelled without refund.
Only BOOK TYPE LICENSE is VALID while CARD/DEGITAL TYPE IS NOT VALID.
• There is a height restriction for the go-karts: 150cm to 185cm
• There is a weight restriction of under 100 kg per person
• The activity would be canceled in heavy rain. When the activity is cancelled due to bad weather, you will be able to re-schedule without charge. If the alternative date is not available, you will get a refund
All Participants will need an International Driving Permit issued in the format of the 1949 Geneva Convention from a government-authorized association to drive in Japan.
Only BOOK type license is valid while Card/Digital type is NOT valid.
Except participants with licenses issued in Switzerland, Germany, France, Taiwan, Belgium, or Monaco will need to obtain a Japanese translation of their license from the Japan Automobile Federation (JAF)
Drivers' licenses issued by countries not covered by the 1949 Geneva Convention (such as China, Indonesia, Mexico, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, etc.) are not permitted to drive in Japan
Participants must carry their physical International Driving Permit (or for exceptional countries listed above that require a Japanese translation, the physical domestic license and official translation) and physical passport
U.S. military personnel may drive with a SOFA Permit (USFJ 4E-J) or a state driver's license and an Active Duty Uniformed Military ID
